DHARA

Classical Ayurvedic stream therapy for mental balance, detoxification, and rejuvenation

Dhara

Dhara” (Sanskrit for “stream”) refers to a foundational class of Ayurvedic therapies involving the continuous pouring of warm, medicated liquids over the body or specific areas.

Dhara treatments are renowned for their ability to balance the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), calm the nervous system, and promote deep cellular rejuvenation. Each therapy is tailored by an Ayurvedic physician who selects specific oils, herbal decoctions, or milks based on your unique constitution (Prakriti) and health goals.
